Lisa Brennan
Chief Executive Officer
Lisa has over 20 years’ experience in the public health sector and five years’ experience within the disability and aged care sector.
With strong leadership skills, Lisa has previous experience leading many teams and projects, including in her role as CEO at Senses WA and Executive Director at Child and Adolescent Community Health.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Health Science, Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics, and a Master of Business Administration.
Sasha Locke
Chief Financial Officer
Sasha has delivered strategic financial leadership in the aged care sector since 2020 and is committed to supporting organisations that make a positive impact in their communities.
With a foundation in external audit and broad experience in financial and operational management, Sasha brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to driving business performance.
Sasha holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance, from the University of Western Australia.
Adrienne Wehr
General Manager Governance and Business Development
With over 20 years of experience, primarily in the health sector, Adrienne has held leadership roles in both public and private health services and is experienced in board governance.
Her expertise spans strategic planning, business development, policy, project management, compliance, environmental sustainability and reporting.
Adrienne is passionate about working in sectors that make a meaningful impact on the community and is driven to empower teams to achieve their goals.
Adrienne holds a Bachelor of Business with a major in Marketing.
Greg Wenham
General Manager Independent Living, Property & Assets
Greg has over 20 years’ experience in the healthcare and aged care sector.
He has held many senior management and executive positions in private, public, and not-for-profit organisations.
Most recently, Greg commissioned Fiona Stanley Hospital and Royal Adelaide Hospital and was heavily involved in the design, construction, and operation of the facilities.
Greg has a strong passion for building and strengthening relationships and also improving lifestyle outcomes.
Zoe Heron
General Manager Home Care Growth
Zoe has over 23 years’ experience in the Aged Care sector and close to 20 years as a Registered Nurse. She has held senior leadership positions in both Residential Aged Care and Home Care, dedicating the last 7 years specifically to Home Care and Community Care programs mostly with not-for-profit organisations.
Her expertise includes managing all the complexities of Home Care operations, including navigating through significant industry change whilst remaining committed to person-centred care. Zoe is passionate about bringing quality people into the aged care sector and fostering their professional growth, ensuring a strong, sustainable workforce that delivers meaningful care and support.
Zoe holds a Bachelor of Nursing from Edith Cowan University.
Alice Manners
General Manager People and Transformation
Alice brings over 25 years of leadership experience across the Asia Pacific region, with a strong focus on brand, digital and business transformation. Throughout her career, she has held a range of executive roles, helping organisations connect more meaningfully with the people and communities they serve.
Before settling in Perth, Alice led the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) Australia as CEO. Locally, she has held senior leadership roles with Brightwater Care Group, focusing on enhancing customer experience and brand engagement.
In addition to her executive roles, Alice has been a Non-Executive Director on the Board of RSPCA WA for the past 6 years, where she contributes her expertise in organisational strategy and governance.
Alice holds a Master’s degree in psychology from the University of Sydney and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
