Amaroo village is a leading provider of Aged Care Services in Perth and as a progressive organisation we are currently looking for a Full Time Physiotherapist to become part of the team.
This is a unique opportunity for a candidate with a ‘fresh’ approach to develop their career and gain valuable knowledge and experience. Moving into a new office and having autonomy in this newly created role you will be supported by and be part of a dynamic team including a full time therapy co-ordinator, a part time Occupational Therapist, therapy assistants and an abundance of highly motivated volunteers willing to help.
Primarily High Care, your key role will be to provide guidance and support with the development, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive and progressive physiotherapy programs for residents at McMahon Caring Centre. You will work closely with the ACFI-Coordinator and members of the multi-disciplinary team to achieve and maintain strong ACFI income returns.
Essential Qualifications and Attributes:

Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy)
-
Registered with AHPRA
-
Aged Care experience
-
Sound understanding of ACFI
-
Experience in developing Therapy Plans
-
Understanding and commitment to OHS
-
Strong communication skills (Written and Verbal)
Desirable Attributes:
-
Experience in a similar or supervisory role
-
5+ years experience
-
Dementia experience (or training)
