On Wednesday night 60 Amaroo residents were delighted by a visit from the Silvertones. We were all in absolute stitches by the end of their hilarious, fun and brilliant performance. But, not only are the Silvertones incredibly talented, they also give all their show fees to charity. In fact, in the last 3 years, they have donated $39,000 to charity. So, we gave them all net proceeds of the show to help. We followed their show with a yummy dinner of Fish (provided by Silvios Gosnells) and garden salad with fresh dinner rolls provided by Brumby's. The Snapper fillets were beautiful and huge!!! Somehow, after dinner we managed to fit in warm Apple Pie and Ice Cream. What a night! Even the weather stayed nice as we all arrived and left. Thank you to everyone for making this such a fun night!
