This role is FULL TIME at our Buckley Caring Centre

Main tasks you will be responsible for:

  • Producing the fortnightly roster for the facility;
  • Roster employees, matching available shifts and employee availability;
  • Monitoring and co-ordinating employee leave;
  • Actively working with Facility Manager to reduce Agency usage;
  • Participate as administrator for the facility in the WHS System; 
  • Providing administrative support to the Facility Manager as required. 
  • Provide back up and support for Customer Service / Reception

What you will need:

  • Substantial experience in a similar role - Rostering people in a health setting
  • High level interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with all levels
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work load on a daily basis
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills with the Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to deal with sensitive issues with tact and discretion
  • Ability to work independently, establish priorities and work towards an outcome or objective, unsupervised
