Gosnells village is an established community in every sense: there are excellent communal facilities and a busy social calendar. There are nearby shops, medical centre and public transport in the proximity of the village.
The Nancy Jones Centre of Amaroo Village is the central meeting point where often you will find residents simply enjoying indoor bowls, bingo, lunches, social events and more!
The village offers an outdoor barbeque and gazebo area which can be used by residents to entertain family and friend. You will find residents reading the paper or sitting and enjoying the sun.
Our library at Winnie Jones Centre offers an extensive range of books for our residents to borrow as well as a vast range of DVDs.
If you are inclined to feel more active then join in one of our morning exercise classes! We have Tai Chi, Move to the Beat and more!
Amaroo Village operates two buses that take residents, for a small fee, to various locations in the local community, as well as on weekly shopping. For residents with caravans or boats we can provide storage facilities for a small weekly fee.

Winnie Jones Centre
The recently refurbished Winifred Jones Cottage (WJC) provides a dedicated arts and crafts venue for residents wishing to explore their creative side, a small gym area and a kitchen facility.
Finding like minded friends and neighbours is easier at Amaroo Village.
Amaroo’s very own Dot’s Cafe is a wonderful setting for lunch or morning/afternoon tea. Inside this cafe also offers free Internet access and computer lessons, as well as craft sessions throughout the year.
Manual Arts Shed
The Manual Arts Shed is perfect for those wishing to get involved in a range of manual art activities. The Shed is well equipped with a range of excellent woodwork tools.
