Gosnells Village
Amaroo has been part of the Gosnells landscape since the late 1960's when our first independent living units were established.
The main area of our Gosnells Village is bounded by Stalker Road, Dorothy Street, Eudoria Street and Terence St. Due to the demand for our independent living units we have a village situated on Astley St, overlooking the river and further units between Terence Street and Hicks Street, close to our Administration block in the main Village.
Our Gosnells Village contains a varied mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units which are a mix of lease for life and rental units - approximately 1/3 of our units in Gosnells are rentals. As with all of Amaroo's current and future constructions, all newer units feature ageing in place designs and all have access to our Village-wide emergency call system.
Due to our longevity within the City of Gosnells we had a wide array of amenities and activities available to residents.

Our Gosnells Village is located close to train and bus routes and the City has a great array of services and activities available to seniors through its Addie Mills Centre.
We have continued development plans for expansion of our Gosnells Village through land acquisitions and redevelopment of existing sites.
