Residential Care
To gain admission to either of our residential care facilities an assessment is required by a Government Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT). This can be organised through your doctor or hospital social worker and will determine whether you have high or low care needs. You will also need to have an income assessment completed by Centrelink or the Department of Veterans Affairs. Once both assessments have been obtained your name can be placed on our waiting list by contacting our Residential Accommodation Co-ordinator.
Fees will depend on income level and assets and will be discussed in detail upon application. Fees are calculated in strict accordance with Government regulations and the Aged Care Act 1997.
