This thirty six unit development commenced construction in 2006 and consists of twenty four 3-bedroom and twelve 2-bedroom units, specifically designed for ageing in place.

Floor plan and design specifications are available for these very affordable villas on request. Priced from $295,000, Amaroo takes no commission or stamp duty. Those wishing to take up a Rental Unit must be on the Department of Housing waitlist.

How to find Amaroo Village Denmark: Enter Denmark on the South Coast Highway. Cross the bridge over the Denmark River and admire the scenery! Continue along passings Hollings and Strickland on your right until you get to Miller St where you turn right. At the 'T' junction turn left into Hardy Street and Amaroo Village Denmark will be on your left.

As you can see from the site plan the development has progressed in three stages. Phase One and Two have been completed, with residents already taking in Village life. Phase Three is expected to be complete by June 2011.

Villas have all been designed to suit the unique lifestyle of the area and therefore different building materials have been used, including a timber-framed panel construction rather than brick.
