David Fenwick, Chief Executive Officer

David Fenwick is Chief Executive Officer of Amaroo Village. David has been with Amaroo since 2002, he has 16years of managerial experience in WA rural health services, including being General Manager of Central Great Southern Health Service and previously the Mid West Health Service.These GM roles involved establishing and managing Multi Purpose Service centres.   David has publications on health and aged care to his credit and has implemented the development of several world-class residential aged care facilities in regional Western Australia. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy & Sociology / Public Administration and a Graduate Diploma in Health Policy and Management.  David is an Associate Fellow of the Australian College of Health Service Executives.

Nicole Martino, Corporate Services Manager

Nicole Martino is Amaroo Village's Corporate Services Manager. Nicole has a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Edith Cowan University. She has over 15 years experience in private industry covering both financial and managerial accounting. Her strength lies in developing and managing efficient accounting departments.

John Hansen, Property & Assets Manager

John Hansen is Amaroo Village's Property and Services Manager. John is a registered builder and has over 35 years experience in building and property services. John also has a Diploma in Building and a Diploma in Teaching. Previously, he was the Manager for the maintenance of all defence bases throughout WA and in addition lectured part-time in building studies at TAFE

Allan Reed, Resident Services Manager

Allan Reed is Amaroo Village's Residential Services Manager. Allan has more than 26 years experience in Local Government in middle and senior management roles involving staff and financial management. Allan also has a Diploma in Local Government (Clerk) and has undertaken training in Staff Management, Time Management and Emergency Evacuation Procedures.

Heidi Bond, Operational Support Manager

Heidi Bond is Amaroo Village's Operational Support Manager. Heidi has over 15 years experience in the Administration field and has an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration. She has undertaken various Human Resources and Management courses and attends regular network meetings. As a part of her role Heidi oversees Amaroo’s Human Resources and Information Technology operations and has been with Amaroo since 2002.

 

Carol Leyshon, Residential Care Manager – Buckley Caring Centre

Carol Leyshon is Amaroo's Residential Care Manager, at Buckley Caring Centre. Carol is a Registered Nurse and has over 25 years nursing experience. Carol commenced her management career as Care Centre Co-coordinator at McMahon Caring Centre in June 2006 and has since undertaken the management role at Buckley Caring Centre
