Denmark is our newest retirement village development and is located near the South Coast of Western Australia, approximately 50 km west of Albany.

This Village comprises a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom units with 1 or 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

The Village is centrally located within the town in Hardy Street, adjacent to the Lionsville Village for Seniors which provides rental accommodation for seniors.

Our new developments page on Denmark shows you the choice of different floor styles currently available within the Village.

Amenities within the Village include an outdoor entertainment area and access to our display unit for Village activities.  It is planned to construct a community facility in the next stage of the development.

 Whilst the Village is very much in its infancy the sense of community and fun is already evident with a fortnightly games afternoon for residents.

Units have ageing in place designs and include an emergency call system.  The Village has its own communications system incorporating telephone and broadband facilities.
