Gosnells Independent Living Unit Expansion

We are continually looking for opportunities to expand our village developments in Gosnells and improve the quality of living in existing developments.  We have an ongoing maintenance and renovation plan for existing units.  Plans are in progress for future developments within close proximity of existing facilities. These include:-

• Holland Street.  We are nearing completion of 11 two and three bedroom units in Holland Street.  Some residents have already moved into their new unit and all will be occupied shortly. These units have all been allocated.
• Extension of Astley Street.  We have purchased additional property adjacent to our current development in Astley Street.  Plans are progressing for construction of 8 additional units with construction commenced in late 2007.  There are a number of different floor plans available with a choice of either 2 or 3 bedrooms.
• Within our existing village plans are underway for construction of an additional 5 units.  These are due commence construction in early 2008.  There are a number of different floor plans available with a choice of either 2 or 3 bedrooms.
• Land acquisitions.  We continue to look for opportunities to acquire land close to our existing village developments allow for expansion.

"The Lodge"

Amaroo is in the planning stages of providing "serviced" room style accommodation, with planned implementation within the next 2 years.  The resident will still retain their independence, but will benefit by having all meals provided and cleaning and laundry carried out once a week.  This initiative will provide accommodation for those between Independent Living and Residential Aged Care.  It is anticipated this facility will provide 24 places.

Denmark

Amaroo Village are expanding their operations to regional Western Australia, with the development of a new Village (36 units) in Denmark.  The development will proceed in three stages with a choice of 2 or 3 bedroom units with various floor plans.   Construction of the first stage of 12 units is complete, with most residents already moved in.  The second phase of 14 units is currently under construction with these units due for completion later this year.  Interest in this development has been high, with the majority of units sold prior to construction commencement.

Five different floor plans are available.  They have all been designed to suit the unique lifestyle of the area and therefore different building materials have been used, including a timber-framed panel construction rather than brick. 

Each of the designs comes with the following standard features.

*     Fully Landscaped

*     Lock up Garage (Double or Single)
